I am passionate about helping individuals to gain clarity of their objectives, understand their strengths, develop highly competent and well-balanced groups, and establish an environment in which they and the business can thrive. 

Whilst innovative technology and practical processes are critical, it is only with fully engaged people onboard that true business success will come.

I have developed this through over 10 years of team development, management and coaching. I am an accredited Executive Coach and Mentor with the EMCC at Senior Practitioner level, and have gained a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School.

I specialise in helping business leaders and employees at all levels to develop high performance cultures through:
